Expedited Diploma Shipping

Our office is unable to expedite shipping of diplomas to students during the end of the semester mass mail out process. Only the following types of diplomas are eligible for expedited shipping:

  • duplicate diploma orders
  • those not included in the end of semester mass mailing (i.e., due to a hold that prevented initial mailing)
  • those that were returned by USPS
  • those sent out during mass mailing and confirmed as damaged with our office via a 'Diploma Concern Form'
  • other diplomas approved for re-mailing via a 'Diploma Concern Form'

How can I have my diploma expedited after processing?

If your diploma order meets the requirements above, you can have your shipment expedited by following the instructions below.

Purchase a shipping label through UPS or FedEx.  Print or save your label as a PDF and email it to us a diplomas@txstate.edu.  Be sure to include the duplicate diploma order number or your student ID in your email so we can connect the label to the correct diploma.

Diplomas are mailed in a paperboard document mailer - the following dimensions can be used with either UPS or FedEx:

Dimensions: 12in width x 15in length x 0.25in height
