Gaining Access to Classrooms

If your department has courses assigned to classrooms other than your First Call rooms, you will need to obtain a key from the department who maintains the classroom.

First Call ownership can be viewed in 25Live, our scheduling software, or on the list of First Call Classrooms. If your department does not have access to 25Live, you may contact our office by email at ClassSchedule@txstate.edu for information on who to check out a key from.
